28 August 2010 + 29 August 2010 : Donkey festival

The Donkey festival in Dorénaz is held every two years. It enables the public to get to know this animal : donkey show, donkey rides, information booth, demonstrations of donkeys at work. During the festival, an arts and crafts market also takes place, along side with demonstrations of traditional trades in replica workshops.
Entertainment is provided for with street theatre and a great costumed parade on Sunday at 2.30 pm.
