The Locanda is a starting point for many rambles, hikes and trekking tours over the mountain range of the Denti della Vecchia.
We collaborate with the Crystal Centre Roveredo Capriasca. The centre organise Yoga and Meditations seminars.
We organise activities for adults and children: herba courses, horse riding, activities fro recreation and encounter.
New: for groups there is a premise at disposition. Just 100 meter from the Locanda you can offer Yoga course or other performances of training courses and activities.The Locanda is a starting point for many rambles, hikes and trekking tours over the mountain range of the Denti della Vecchia.

We are glad to host you in our hotel, a eco hotel respecting the environment.

We are located in southern Switzerland at Roveredo Capriasca, Ticino. It is a typical village few kilometres from Lugano.

Surrounded by forests, with a wonderful view on the gulf of Lugano and the mountain range of the Denti della Vecchia the Locanda is a ideal departure point for excursions and activities in the nature.

Our Hotel is environment-friendly, we spoil our guests trough healthy food with regional and organic specialities.
For the building we used where it was possible natural materials.
The central heating system is wood operated.
Hot water comes from a solar power plant and photo-voltaic installation.
The guest rooms are exclusively build with wood.
We dispose of 26 beds, and there is also a turkish bath at your disposal.
Gladly we will give you many tips around local activities and excursions.
Ours new services:
Free WLAN connection inthe restaurant area and in the garden.
Free transport with a electric golf cart from the parking place to the Locanda for guest with physical disability and for guest with heavy baggage.
