Wines
The Château Rochefort wine estate covers 4.3 hectares. The main cultivated grape varieties are Chasselas (white), Pinot noir, Gamay, Gamaret and Garanoir (red). All the wines are vinified and bottled on the estate. They have been granted the registered designation of origin "AOC-Grand Cru".

Le Château Rochefort (Rochefort castle) is situated in the heart of the charming winegrowing village of Allaman, set on the lakeshore between Geneva and Lausanne. Its vineyards belong to the wine estate of Lausanne. Two cosy guest rooms to let, breakfast included. Only a 10 minutes' walk from the train station in Allaman. The rooms are not available during the grape harvest (mid-September to mid-October).
